Is SOFLA a licensed real estate broker?
A:
No. We are a private real estate investment firm that purchases real
estate properties and renovates them, at which point, we either resell or lease
them through our network of licensed real estate brokers and/or sales
agents.

Does SOFLA conduct any real estate business with the general public?
A:
No. SOFLA does not conduct business with the general public directly, unless we are
purchasing from or selling/leasing a property to an individual, family or
company, at which point, we would conduct all negotiations through one of our
licensed real estate brokers and/or sales
agents.

Does SOFLA offer any Title Services to the general public?
A:
No, even though our title services are an integral part of the real estate closing process, we
do not offer any services that are tailored for direct use with the general
public. If you are a title company or lender searching for title
services you can email
us to request additional information.

Are SOFLA's Volunteer Events open to the general public?
A:
No, all of our events are private and designated for the children, their
parents, the shelter counselors and the SOFLA Volunteer Staff.

Are SOFLA’s offices open to the general public?
A:
No. In the case you are purchasing, selling and/or leasing a property from or
to SOFLA, you would be required to schedule an appointment with one of our licensed real estate brokers and/or sales
agents at their offices
or your location of choice. If agent information is required please
